Abstract

|
The aim of this study is to clarify what the desirable role and qualification of Psychodrama director are, based on the result of the questionnaire about the role of Psychodrama director for the Psychodrama workshop participants. The results of this study are as follows. As Psychodrama director himself is ``a tool`` to meet with the group, it is required that Psychodrama directors have specialties as analyst, producer, therapist, group leader. And also, as the participants in the performance of Psychodrama considerably have a desire for both the meeting with other ones and healing, the performance place or stage needs to be a place of festival as well as a place of ritual in order to satisfy their desire.
